I have been involved with Acumen since almost the very beginning, so I have seen the growth of the business and the success of its unique structure. Having worked for two of the typical, larger agencies, the appeal is the non existence of management levels so everyone works with the same focus and commitment.
With responsibility for the non client facing roles - Finance, IT, and Facilities, I have been given the opportunity to further develop and expand my skills, to a far greater extent than I would have ever been given in a larger company as here we really do have a hands-on approach to everything.
